5 Bogotá Cómo Vamos is a special program created by four institutions: The Corona Foundation, Javeriana University, The Bogotá chamber of commerce, and El Tiempo newspaper, which is the main newspaper in the country. These institutions are working on improving the quality of life in the main cities of Colombia.
