2 KEYNOTE SPEAKERS VINCE WARREN Executive Director, Center for Constitutional Rights Vince Warren is the Executive Director for the Center for Constitutional Rights where he strives to use international and domestic law to hold corporations and governments accountable for human rights abuses. With a focus on affirmative action, racial profiling, and criminal justice reform, Vince has challenged the mass incarceration of people of color and police misconduct directed at minority communities. He has opposed illegal expansion of US presidential power, illegal detention at Guantanamo, rendition, and torture. ALMUDENA BERNABEU Director, Center for Justice and Accountability Almudena is the Director of the Center for Justice and Accountability and was recently awarded the Letelier/Moffitt Human Rights Award by the Institute for Policy Studies. Having represented the victims of the Jesuit Massacres from El Salvador and the widow and daughters of famed Chilean songwriter, Victor Jara, she will be making the keynote address with Vince Warren at the conference. See for more on Almudena, the CJA, and its ongoing human rights cases, including The Pinochet Caravan of Death.
