3 Website Comment on Ballots Reminder: the deadline to comment on the ballots for the Second Comment Period is September 27, Committee Minutes The meeting minutes have been updated for the following: Audit Committee Clearinghouse Advisory Committee Agreement Procedures Committee Volunteer Forms The four volunteer forms we have on the secure area of the IFTA, Inc. website are the APC Volunteer Form, AC Volunteer Form, ASSC Volunteer Form, and the LEC Volunteer Form can be filled out online. If you wish to volunteer for one of these committees fill out the form. We ll auto populate most of the needed information for you. After you submit the completed form, the Chair of each of these committees will be notified via their message boards. IFTA, Inc. Clearinghouse Update Clearinghouse Use it. I get strange questions from our Clearinghouse members. Not so strange that they are un-answerable, but strange as in they may never have logged into the Clearinghouse even though they may have been given credentials years ago to do so. For instance, I may get an asking about such and such mileage report or some other question on how to find something. Which are good questions but easily answered by simply logging in and doing a couple clicks here and there. Get familiar with the Clearinghouse. Login. Nothing breaks my heart more when someone asks for their username and password cause they were signed up two years ago but chose never to use the Clearinghouse and have since forgot their username and password. Fund Netting We are still getting money sent to the IFTA, Inc. Funds Netting account that should never be sent there. 4 ANNUAL IFTA BUSINESS MEETING AUGUST 2011 WHAT? IFTA, Inc. is proud to announce that a contract has been signed and the location procured for the 2011 Annual IFTA Business Meeting. The 2011 business meeting will be hosted by the jurisdiction of Virginia and held at the historic and beautiful Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. WHERE?
