Bus Route Authorize the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to enter into renewal contract with Northern Valley Regional High School for the 2018-2019 school year for the existing Route 1 for Norwood students residing more than 2 miles from the school, as follows: Route 1: $31,425.62 Authorize the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to renew remote transportation contracts with Northern Valley Regional High School District, said renewal of contracts for the exclusive purpose of improving the Districts School Efficiency Rating in accordance with the requirements of the Comprehensive Education Improving Financing Act. New Air Conditioning Zone 4 Approve awarding the bid for the new air conditioning, zone 4, to Teo Technologies Inc. for $652,000.00, pending attorney review. F11. River Vale A.C.E. Before Care/Aftercare Program Upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approve the following: WHEREAS, the Norwood Board of Education will enter into a before care/aftercare program agreement with the River Vale Education Foundation s A.C.E. Program; and WHEREAS, the agreement will be for the duration of the 2018-2019 school year at Norwood Public School; and WHEREAS, the use of the designated areas and facilities prior to and following school hours will be used in coordination with extracurricular activities, as per the agreement; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the mutually agreed upon contract presented and in accordance with the policies and bylaws set forth by the Norwood Board of Education, Norwood Public School will allow the River Vale A.C.E.
