Port McNeill Events Committee members A. Tapp and J. Brown presented Council with their proposal and budget for an afternoon family Hallowe'en party. They requested use of the Community Hall with a janitorial fee only and advised that any excess donated funds would be set aside for future events. BACKGROUND: The Town of Port McNeill has one gravel pit that is used infrequently (Approximately one day, once or twice per year), There are cultently no smokers on the Public Works staff CONCLUSION: ThaI Council make obsolete the Town of Port McNeill Smoking Policy at Open Air Gravel Pits.
