(7) A servce provder who has an objecton to a request for the ntroducton of an.equpment to the physca node of ts network as provded under subsecton 4 (b) sha wthn seven days of recept of the request appy to. the Hgh Court for a determnaton of the objecton statng reasons for the objecton, to the request. Secton 16 of Act 754 amended 8. The prncpa enactment s amendedn secton 16 (a) by the substtuton for the nterpretaton of. () "charge for communcatons servce usage" of. "charge for eectronc communcatons servce usage" means (a). (b) the.amount.chargeabe by a servce provder for eectronc communcatons servce usage other than the amount for Vaue Added Tax and the Natona Heath nsurance Levy; where the charge for eectronc communcatons servce usage s for money consderaton, the amount of the consderaton but excudng the amount of Vaue Added Tax and the 5
