In accordance with Board Policy and Regulation #5111, Eligibility of Resident/Nonresident Pupils, tuition will be waived for foreign exchange students on a J-a or F-a Visa. D. IMPACT Program The Board approves IMPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) Program. The program cost is $650.00; cost to administer the program is $1,300.00; total cost is $1,950.00. E. Uniform State Memorandum of Agreement (Attachment #2.E) The Board approves the Uniform State Memorandum of Agreement between the Ocean City School District and the Ocean City Police Department. F. Line Item Transfers (Attachment #3.C) The Board approves the revenue and appropriation transfers for June 2010. The Board also acknowledges receipt of the State of NJ mandated transfer reconciliation form for June 2010. D. Travel & Expense Reimbursement (Attachment #3.D) The Board approves the August 2010 list of Board of Education Members and School District Staff travel and related expense reimbursements. E. Inter-local Agreement with Upper Township Attachment #3.E) The Board approves an Inter-local Agreement with the Upper Township Board of Education for a Speech Therapist, 3 days a week at the cost of 60% of Upper Township salary - $31,831.80 and 60% of Upper Township benefits - $9,925.01 effective September 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
