Couples with RPL are seeking very much our help, when almost 50% of them do not have etiology. Additionally, other aspects are controversial. The Third World Congress on Recurrent Pregnancy Loss 2018 is the perfect setting to get the most updated, state-of-the-art information on the latest developments in research and clinical practice in the main areas of recurrent pregnancy loss. It also gives you the opportunity to debate on controversial issues and to contribute, with your own voice. The meeting will be stimulating, allowing each one of you the opportunity to meet and/or create your own professional network of colleagues and friends. 7 General Information Dates of June 2018 Registration & Accommodation All participants must submit a completed registration form. Hotel accommodation at special conference rates is available to participants on the congress website. Language The official language of the Congress is English CME Accreditation An application for CME accreditation will be made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS): Further details will be available in due time Letter of Invitation Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be downloaded from the Congress website. Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Congress to provide any financial assistance. Visas Some participants may require a visa to travel to Madrid. Participants are requested to check with the Spanish consulate in their home country. It is the responsibility of the participants to obtain a visa as necessary. Liability and Insurance The Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to Congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the Congress. Delegates and their accompanying guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance for the duration of their travel, the Congress and tours. 7

Once an application is made, a contract will be sent to you for completion. This contract should be signed and returned with a 50% deposit payment to the above Sponsorship/Exhibition office address. Alternatively, an invoice for the deposit can be requested on the booking form. Once this has been received, a confirmation of Sponsorship and an invoice will be sent to the Sponsor. Cancellation Policy Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. 13 Additional Sponsorship Opportunities Congress Bags 6,000 The organizers are in charge of the production of approximately 400 delegate bags. The design of the bags needs to be approved by the sponsoring company. Lanyards 4,000 The sponsoring company is responsible for the production of the lanyards. The sponsoring company will provide approximately 400 lanyards, on which the Congress and Sponsor s logo will be displayed. The design of the lanyards needs to be approved by the organizers.
