6 payment TErMS & ConDITIonS All sponsorship, including exhibition stand sales, will be allocated in order of spend the year before, as agreed by the Corporate Members. The organisations with the largest spend in 2017 will have first priority in The Congress Secretariat will endeavour to allocate an exhibitor s first choice space. However, this might not always be possible. The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to change the layout of the exhibition as necessary. Upon receipt of a completed application form, confirmation of your stand and sponsorship requirements will be sent. This will include an exhibitor registration form and a contract outlining full terms and conditions. The signed contract must be received by the Congress Secretariat by 31 December Sponsorship will not be confirmed without receiving the signed contract. Following receipt of the signed contract, cancellation or any changes to the original booking must be made in writing to the European Society of Endocrinology (c/o Bioscientifica).
