1 The Invitation Letter for Investment in the XXIII World Congress of the International Society for Heart Research The XXIII World Congress of The International Society for Heart Research will be held from 3 rd June to 6 th June 2019 at the Beijing International Conference Center. As the main event for the International Society for Heart Research (ISHR), the ISHR World Congresses only occur every 3 years and 2019 is the year for the Beijing World Congress which will be organized by the Chinese Section of the ISHR and co-organized by the Cardiovascular Committee of the Chinese Association of Pathophysiology. World Congress of The International Society for Heart Research is a most influential event in the international cardiovascular research field. As in previous meetings, the XXIII World Congress of the ISHR will invite internationally distinguished speakers to participate and provides a platform for basic and clinical scientists to present their new findings, technical advancement, and therapeutic innovation. It also provides close-up professional exchanges in the form of paper symposiums, youth forums and satellite conferences. The number of attendees is expected to be around 800. The congress this year will invite well-established companies in the industry to be sponsors. In order to offer more choices to the sponsors, there are sponsorships for the whole congress and sponsorships for certain program or article of the congress. The sponsorship program will be adjusted according to actual situation, subject to the final agreement.

Sponsorship for the whole congress (1) Diamond sponsorship: 300,000 RMB and above. ² One 8m *3m booth will be provided (1 m *75cm table, 2 seats, 1 standard power strip); ² 2 complimentary registrations for the sponsor s staff, including lunch and dinner arranged by the congress. ² The sponsor's name and logo will be shown on the page of the conference ² Acknowledgement on the Congress website with a logo and a link to the website of the sponsor (the sponsors are required to provide LOGO design and their official website); ² 3 promotion boards of the sponsor can be placed in parallel session venues (80cm 200cm roll-up banners made by the sponsors themselves; the organizer will decide which parallel session venues they will be put in); ² The sponsor's promotion materials (A4 size) can be distributed together with the organizer's meeting materials; ² One or more technical report interaction opportunities related to the topics of the congress will be provided (the number of reports, duration, and location will be arranged by the organizer according to the sponsorship amount). (2) Gold sponsorship: 200,000 to 290,000 RMB. ² One 7m *3m booth will be provided (1 m *75cm table, 2 seats, 1 standard power strip); ² 2 complimentary registrations for the sponsor s staff, including lunch and dinner arranged by the congress.

3 ² The sponsor's name and logo will be shown on the page of the conference ² Acknowledgement on the Congress website with a logo and a link to the sponsor s website (the sponsors are required to provide LOGO design and their official website); ² 2 promotion boards of the sponsor can be placed in parallel session venues (80cm 200cm roll-up banners made by the sponsor themselves; the organizer will decide which parallel session venues they will be put in); ² The sponsor's promotion materials (A4 size) can be distributed together with the organizer's meeting materials. (3) Silver sponsorship: 100,000 to 190,000 RMB. ² One 6m *3m booth will be provided (1 m *75cm table, 2 seats, 1 standard power plug-in board); ² 1 complimentary registration for the sponsor s staff, including lunch and dinner arranged by the congress. ² The sponsor's name and logo will be shown on the page of the conference ² Acknowledgement on the Congress website with a logo and a link to the sponsor s website (the sponsors are required to provide LOGO design and their official website); ² 1 promotion board of the sponsor can be placed in parallel session venue (a 80cm 200cm roll-up banner made by the sponsor themselves; the organizer will decide which parallel session venues they will be put in) (4) Bronze sponsorship: 50,000 to 90,000 RMB

4 ² One 5m *3m booth will be provided (1 m *75cm table, 2 seats, 1 standard power strip); ² 1 person can be registered free of charge, including lunch and dinner arranged by the congress. ² The sponsor's name and logo will be shown on the page of the conference (5) A standard sponsorship: 10,000 to 49,000 RMB (negotiable) II. Sponsorship for certain program or article of the congress (1) Congress material packets, notebooks and pens of the congress: $50 thousand. ² Make notebooks and pens which will be distributed to the delegates according to the requirement of the Organizing Committee of the congress. The logo of the sponsor can be printed on the notebooks and the pens. ² The sample of the notebook and the pen should be submitted to the sponsor for approval. (2) Advertising on the name badges: 50 thousand RMB. ² Design and make name badges (including the badges and lanyards, the organizers will provide the key vision graphic design, LOGO of the congress and information on attendees for the badges) according to the requirements of the Organizing Committee of the congress for participants, working staff and volunteers, etc. Advertisement of the sponsors can be printed at the lower part on the back of the badges. ² Specifications for sponsor s advertisement: 50mm * 140mm, half part on the

5 back of the badges. ² The design of the name badge should be submitted to the sponsor for approval. The sample should be submitted to the sponsor for approval. (3) Advertising on the material packets of the congress ² Make material packets according to the requirements of the Organizing Committee of the Congress; the sponsor can print their name and logo on the material packets. ² The design of the material packet should be submitted to the sponsor for approval. ² Specifications for material packets: 38 cm x 28cm, the side thickness 5cm. ² Price for the production (including advertising fee): 10 thousand RMB /200 pcs. III Requirements All activities during the congress should be agreed on by the Secretariat of the congress and will be listed on the agenda of the congress. During the meeting, no exhibitors shall hold any activities without permission or organize delegates to carry out activities unrelated to academics and shall not interfere with the process of the meeting.
