To approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Valley School District and the Central Valley Education Support Professionals Association regarding wages of Employee No. 397, Employee No. 451, and Employee No. 509 as well as authorize the proper District Officials to sign the Memorandum of Understanding. 4. To approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Valley School District and the Central Valley Education Association to resolve Grievance No and authorize the proper District Officials to sign the Memorandum of Understanding. 5. To approve the Restated Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Central Valley School District and the Central Valley Education Association and authorize the proper District Officials to sign the Agreement.
