Supporting the Garden Club of Princeton in their application to the Garden Club of America for Landscape Improvements to the Mantoloking Bridge County Fishing Pier. 21. Amending the Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of County Parks, Open Space and Golf Courses. 22. In support of an Application for funding from the NJ Environmental Infrastructure Trust for the Barnegat Bay Initiative, in the amount of $901,198.00, to install three (3) manufactured treatment devices on existing stormwater outfalls. Authorizing the execution of an Agreement with the Toms River Board of Fire Commissioners District #1 for reimbursement from the NJ DOT for the Opticom Equipment damaged along Route 37 during Superstorm Sandy.
