Please be advised that an "OK" slip, received from a fax machine, will not be accepted as proof that documents were received by the GPW for printing. If documents are faxed to the GPW it will be the sender's responsibility to phone and confirm that the documents were received in good order. 3 STAATSKOERANT, 23 JULIE PROCLAMATION by the President of the Republic of South Africa R. 32, 2010 NOTIFICATION BY PRESIDENT IN RESPECT OF ENTITIES IDENTIFIED BY THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL: SECTION 25 OF THE PROTECTION OF CONSTITUTIONAL DEMOCRACY AGAINST TERRORIST AND RELATED ACTIVITIES ACT,2004 I, Jacob GedJeyihlekisa Zuma, President of the Republic of South Africa, hereby, in terms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy against Terrorist and Related Activities Act (Act 33 of 2004), give notice that the Security Council of the United Nations, under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, has amended the information reflected in the Annexure in respect of entities which have been identified as being - (a) an entity who commits, or attempt to commit, any terrorist and related activity or participates in or facilitates the commission of any terrorist and related activity; or (b) an entity against whom Member States of the United Nations must take the actions specified in the Resolutions of the said Security Council, in order to combat or prevent terrorist and related activities.
