Consider hearing from Superintendent, Dr. Carla Evers, of the Pass Christian School District, for an update on School Board Projects, as requested by Dr. Evers, PC Schools Superintendent. 2. Consider hearing from Heather Eason and Mindy Dudley from Buy A Barricade Program, as requested by Mayor Leo Chipper McDermott. 3. Consider hearing from Kelly Geroux concerning permission to place and Off-Premise sign at the corner of Hayden Avenue and Highway 90. Permission has been granted by Wal-Mart and Lynn Day Manager of the Pass Christian store the property owners, as requested by Aldermen Clarke. 4. Consider adopting Resolution requesting Harrison County Board of Supervisors, Circuit Clerk, and County Election Commission to rent voting machines and election materials to the City for upcoming municipal elections, as requested by Malcolm Jones, City Attorney. A Consider appeal of Thomas Genin for variance request for east hotel sign for Whiskey Hotel at 115 Davis Avenue, as requested by Malcolm Jones, City Attorney. 6. Consider approving payment to DNA Underground, LLC in the sum of $18, for drainage work performed at Oakland and E. North Street, as requested by Malcolm Jones, City Attorney. A-6. [Contractor originally bid $16,850, but additional unforeseen work was required to relocate underground utilities in the areas.] 1

2 PLANNING DEPARTMENT 1. Consider the City Planner s recommendation to approve two temporary signs for Polly Cuevas of Pine Hills Nursery as agent for 300 E Scenic Drive LLC, at 301 E Scenic Drive. The applicant will be operating a temporary nursery in the parking lot, which is permitted as an Open-Market Use in the T5C Mixed-Use Zone, and will be open from March 13 through May 31, 2017, as requested by City Planner, Danit Simon. PD-1. HARBOR DEPARTMENT 1. Consider approving request to evict the following customers from the Pass Christian Harbor for non-payment of boat slip rental in excess of 60 days past due on pleasure pier and 120 days past due on the commercial pier if they are not paid by March 1, Accounts will be submitted to a collection agency if not paid in full after vessel has vacated the harbor, as requested by Willie Davis, Harbormaster. H-1. Pleasure #00693, #00777 & #00823 Commercial #00130, #00166, #00369, #00632 #00723 & # Consider authorizing hiring Robbie Ladner to fill the existing full time vacancy in harbor patrol effective March 8, 2017 with a rate of pay of $9.00 per hour. He was a part-time harbor patrolman, as requested by Willie Davis, Harbormaster. H Consider authorizing hiring Lionel Fields to fill the existing part-time vacancy held by Robbie Ladner with a hire date of March 8, 2017 and a starting salary of $9.00, as requested by Willie Davis, Harbormaster. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Consider approving request to send Fire Chief Dwight Gordon s to a three-day MS Fire Investigators Asso. Convention held on March 29-31, 2017 in Biloxi, MS at the Imperial Palace. Registration will be $ and use of city vehicle is required, as requested by Fire Chief, Dwight Gordon. CA-1. 2

Consider approving request to send Richard Purchner and Dia Mond Woodman to a two week MSFA for Driver Operator class, March 27 thru April 6, Cost of class is $ each, per diem of $ each and use of city vehicle is required, as requested by Fire Chief Gordon. CA Consider approving request to send Emanuel Cintron to a four-day MSFA for Rope Rescue Tech class, April 3 thru April 6, Class is free, per diem of $ each and use of city vehicle is required, as requested by Fire Chief Gordon. CA-3 4. Consider approving request to send Investigator Edward Walley and Sgt. Samuel Thompson to a six-day Mississippi Command College class held on July 16-21, 2017 in Oxford, MS. The total tuition is $ ($ x 2), lodging $ ($ per night-double occupancy), per diem $ ($ x 2) and use of City vehicle is required, as requested by Chief Tim Hendricks. 5. Consider approving inter departmental transfer of funds in the amount of $2, for the Public Works Department, as requested by Russell Holliman, Public Works Director. PUBLIC COMMENT THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN WILL ALLOW RESIDENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH A THREE-MINUTE TIME LIMIT ON EACH SPEAKER. NO PUBLIC QUESTIONING COMMENTS ARE ALLOWED DURING THE MEETING, UNLESS THE BOARD RECOGNIZES SUCH PERSON. 3
