F Public Hearings - 12:15 PM F.1 Staff Report (For Possible Action): Case No. LDC (Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows) Request for a special use permit to: 1) resume a lawfully established non conforming community center use in the MF14 (Multifamily - 14 units per acre) zone; 2) to construct the ±49,000 square foot non residential development located adjacent to residentially zoned property; 3) establish the wall sign area for the project; 4) allow 24 on street parking spaces as part of the required 124 parking spaces; and 5) allow architecturally integrated wall signs and logos. The ±3.09 acre site is located along the south side of Foster Drive, ±550 feet east of its intersection with Hunter Lake Drive (1300 Foster Drive) in the MF14 zone. [Ward 1] F.2 Staff Report (For Possible Action): Resolution No. Resolution authorizing an installment purchase agreement in an amount of up to $215,352 for the purchase of sixty (60) golf carts; directing the officers of the City to forward materials to the Department of Taxation of State of Nevada; and providing certain details in connection therewith (General Fund). [All Wards] G.4 Staff Report (For Possible Action): Ordinance Adoption - Bill No Ordinance to amend Title 5 of the Reno Municipal Code Entitled Privileged Licenses, Permits and Franchises, Chapter 5.07 Entitled Alcoholic Beverages, by adding Section "Disciplinary Action Procedures and Penalties," together with other matters properly relating hereto (Alcohol Disciplinary Action Procedures and Penalties).
