Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: A. Administrative Services 1. Motion to approve minutes of the November 20, 23 and 26, 2018 City Council meetings. 2. Motion to approve the following liquor license applications: a. Renewal Giving Tree 840 7th Avenue Special Class C Liquor License (BW) (Beer/Wine) with additional privileges of Sunday Sales.
