AC promotes proposal to Draft Policy for community discussion/feedback (PPML and possibly PPC/PPM) 4. AC recommends fully developed Draft Policy (fair, sound and supported by community) for adoption 5. Recommended Draft Policy must be presented at a face-to-face meeting (PPC/PPM) 6. If AC still recommends adoption, then Last Call, review of last call, and send to Board 7. Board reviews 8. Staff implements
