19 PROGRAM COMPLIANCE AND ORGANIZATION The program was implemented in its entirety, with simultaneous translation in 4 languages in 6 Plenary Sessions and 7 Thematic Workshops. ***** The Organization was carried out under the compliance with the Quality System of the IAIES - CIRIEC Argentina according to the norms ISO *****

20 With reference to the "PLURALITY", he stressed that the examples and demonstrations of the different actors prove that it is no longer possible to conceive of a hegemonic mode only. FINAL CONCLUSIONS Mr. Bernard THIRY, as a conclusion, referred to the genera terms, common and main heard during the development of the 30 th Congress: "CRISIS", "DIVERSITY" and "STATEMENT. With reference to the "CRISIS", referred to in various subjects he pointed out that some thought should be given that perhaps, there was no question of a "CRISIS", but the identity of a model, by its sense of permanence - particularly in the area of labour and employment - where decay is chronic.

21 FINAL CONCLUSIONS With regard to the "STATEMENT", the foregoing, and shown in the different papers, he notes the weight and the prospects of the sector of the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy. He concluded by expressing that, from the CIRIEC INTERNATIONAL and with the conviction that there is a place for the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy, it means the development of these forms of economies through alliances of the responsible for the organizations of the sector with trade unions, researchers, professors and teachers.

22 FINAL CONCLUSIONS The Directing Council of the IAIES-CIRIEC Argentina considers the 30 th Congress of CIRIEC, as an event of importance for the Public, Social and Cooperative Economy. Evaluate to a success the organization and development of the 30 th International Congress of CIRIEC. Also.
