In the Department (s) of Psychiatry, T.B & Respiratory Diseases, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Community Medicine of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College & Hospital, A.M.U., to prepare case studies of the clients, social diagnosis and administer treatment through motivation,education, counseling, awareness generation etc,to solve the problems of the clients. ii. Coordinating with the Charity Institutions and Voluntary Organizations in the Implementation of Community Development Programmes. iii. Working with the communities of rural/ urban areas for identification of their felt needs,infrastructural facilities,geographical and economic resources and generating awareness about the importance of education, Health & Hygiene,population control, protection of environment, sensitization of political and legal rights,women empowerment, Reproductive and Child Health Services, disseminating knowledge and imparting training of skill courses for income generation and implementation of various welfare programmes. iv.
