Diploma Course on Human Rights and Duties Education in Berhampur University and for the purpose of designed the course curriculum and the regulation as Director of the course Organised two U.G.C sponsored certificate course on Human Rights and Duties Education in 2001 as the Head of the Department and as required, the course curriculum and the regulation was designed by me which was appreciated by the UGC.
