1 Mr. Mohammad Arif Noorzai Deputy Speaker of Wolesi Jirga of. Mr. Mohammad Arif Noorzai was born in 1958 in Kandahar province of Afghanistan. He is married and live in Kandahar. Mr. Noorzai was student of Faculty of Agriculture of Kabul University when the former Soviet Union invaded in Afghanistan and he left his higher education and joined with freedom fighters. He has worked as minister of borders during the temporary government of Afghanistan in He also worked as Minister of food and light industry.
2 Mr. Mohammad Hashim Watanwal Chairman of the Committee of the Central Investigation and oversight from the implementation of Law of the Wolesi Jirga Mohammad Hashim Watanwal has born in 1952 in Oruzgan Province, he has graduated form Faculty of Science Kabul University. During Communist Regime in Afghanistan he served as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, General Director of Administrative of Internal Affairs Ministry, and during the Taliban Period he immigrated to Pakistan, Russia and Sweden. And now he is representing the people of Uruzgan Province in Wolesi Jirga.
3 Mr. Habib Sangar Chief of Protocol of Mr. Habib was born in Laghaman Province Eastern Region of Afghanistan in He is BA in Law and Political Science, Nangarhar University of Afghanistan in He worked with an Afghan NGO Named Afghan Returnees Resettlement Assistance Organization as Executive Director and has joined working in Parliament from the beginning of establishment of its secretariat as Legal Assistant to the Committee on International Affairs and now as chief of protocol, he got several training in side and out side of the country regarding parliamentary Affairs.
