Tenders to be accompanied by a Demand Draft/Payslip/Banker s Cheque in favour of Bank Of India for `.50,000/- as EMD. Parties/Companies/firms who would not submit the amount of EMD along with the tender will not be considered. Successful Tenderer/s whose tender/s are accepted will have to execute an agreement prescribed by the Bank. EMD submitted will form part of Security Deposit. EMD of other parties whose tenders are not accepted will be refunded without any interest thereon. Blank tender forms will be available with the Publicity & P R Department, 2 nd floor, Bank of India, Head Office, Star House, C-5, G Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai on payment of `.500/- by pay order only. 3 SPECIFICATIONS ANNEXURE - I Tender for Fabrication & Installation of Neon Sign at Haji Ali Specification of Neon :- 1. Background metal louvers of 30 x 20 to be fabricated out of 24 gauge galvanize metal sheet supported with M. S. Angle of 1 x 1. Metal louvers to be welded with base main structure. Louvers duly powder coated in blue, colour as per our scheme.. 2. Background filled up with 76 vertical lines of Bromo blue neon tubing. 3. Fabrication and Installation of new box type metal letters displaying BOI having each letter of 6.3 in height housing five lines of white neon tubing. Metal letters polyester powder coated in white colour. 4. Fabrication & Installation of new box type metal letters displaying BANK OF INDIA IN Hindi having letters approx. 3 in height housing two lines of neon tube in white colour. 5. Fabrication and installation of new type metal logo having overall size 12.6 in height fully filled up with orange and yellow neon tubing. Center white Logo provided as backlit box. 6. Metal channel letters and logo will be projected 2 from the background. Ø Suitable platforms for transformers to be provided by you (neon sign manufacturer). Ø Necessary Scaffolding to be provided by M/s Mukta Advertising, for which neon sign manufactrure shall have to Rs. 10/= per sq.ft. directly to M/s Mukta Advertising. Ø All local sanction to be obtained by M/s Mukta Advertising. Ø Main switches with necessary electric connection up to the site to be provided by M/s Mukta Advertising. (already existing at site) Ø Nominal alteration or repairing of existing structure to be provided by neon sign manufacturer. Ø Necessary Timer and contactor to be provided by M/s Mukta Advertising. (already existing at site) Ø This tender should be for the creative as below :-

4 Specification of Material: 1) The letters & Logo will be fabricated out of 24gauge G.I. metal sheet. 2) The letters and logo duly polyester powder coated as per our colour scheme. 3) The neon tubes to be utilized to have a wall thickness of ) Yellow in Logo Tube to be used EGL Clear Bright Yellow. 5) Orange in Logo Tube to be used EGL E-10 Green. 6) White letters Tube to be used EGL- E-30 Snow white. 7) Imported electrodes EGL U.S.A. 8) Transformers: ISI Make (Secondary voltage 7500/7500, centre earth primary voltage 250 VA 450. These transformers to be protected in water proof boxes. 9) H.T. Wires ISI Mark. ELECTRICAL DETAILS: Ø From transformer to transformer 4mm 2 core armored cable. Ø H.T. connection from transformers to tubes with ISI Mark 5Amps auto cable. H.T. wiring and L.T. Wiring in PVC pipes. Ø Box type metal letters of 24 gauges with galvanized metal supports for the tubes anchored with copper binding wire. General : It may be noted that once the order is accepted, the successful tenderer will be bound to execute it within the period specified and no request for increase in rate subsequently nor any excuse for not executing the order on account of non-availability of material will not be entertained. No advance payment will be made for any purpose. The rate should be quoted for the item/items as per the specifications mentioned in our enquiry / as per the specimen. The Bank need not necessarily accept the lowest tender and the decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
