1 Regional Manager s CNMA Moose Gazette from Charlie Lopez Regional Manager Sent: Tuesday, April 27, :57 AM Subject: CNMA GAZETTE IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: MOOSE of the YEAR, ROOKIE of the YEAR, CO-WORKER of the YEAR & NOVICE COWORKER of the YEAR The award nomination form mailings (Moose/Rookie of the Year for Lodges; Co-worker/Novice Co-worker of the Year for Chapters) have been sent. Units should start receiving these items this week. The following members should be planning meetings for the purpose of these nominations: Moose of the Year The gentleman who will be Junior Past Governor on May 1 should schedule a meeting and contact all active Past Governors of the Lodge to inform them of the date and time of the meeting Rookie of the Year The gentleman who will be Governor on May 1 should schedule a meeting of the Board of Officers for the specific purpose of naming a nominee. Co-worker of the Year and Novice Co-worker of the Year The lady who will be Senior Regent on May 1 should schedule a meeting of the Board of Officers and contact all active Past Regents, including those who are Collegians, to inform them of the date and time of the meeting The deadline for all of these forms to be postmarked is July 1, Lodges and Chapters are asked to use the return envelopes that were included with the mailing so that the forms will be readily identified. 5-STAR Moose of the Year Early Credit Deadline is June 1, 2010

2 The mailing for Moose Legionnaire of the Year nomination forms should also be received by Moose Legion Secretaries later this week.
