3 Apply for Visit Visa Approval Use this service to apply for a Visit Visa Entry Permit for new employees to enter the UAE from overseas. On the Service Menu, click on Visit Visa > Apply for VV as shown in the figure below On the Service Main Screen, click on appear. The service request form will Navigation: 1. Urgency, by default, is set at Normal for Visit Visas 2. Indicate whether Courier Collection/Delivery is Required 3. Enter the employee s Given Name, Middle Name (Optional), Last Name and Short Name. Note that if there is no Short Name in the passport, entering the First Name in this field will do. 4. Select the correct gender of the employee - 3 -

4 5. Enter the Place of Birth in the field. 6. Input the Country of Birth by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field And selecting the correct country from the pop-up menu that appears 7. Enter the Applicant s Date of Birth by clicking on the calendar icon next to the field 8. And choosing the correct date from the pop-up calendar that appears. 9. Enter the employee s Father s Name and Mother s Name - 4 -

5 10. Enter the Husband Name (Only If Applicable) 11. Enter the employee s Present Nationality by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field 12. And searching for the appropriate country. 13. Search and select the employee s Previous Nationality only if it is different from the Present Nationality. 14. Select the employee s religion from the dropdown box 15. Select the employee s Marital Status - 5 -

6 16. Enter the employee s Qualification by clicking on the magnifying glass icon 17. and selecting the appropriate Qualification from the pop up window that appears 18. Select the Languages spoken (at least 1 must be selected) 19. Enter the job title by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the field Select the appropriate title from the pop-up window that appears. Note that the job title must be exact as this will be the title stamped on the employee s Residence Permit

7 20. Enter the employee s Passport Number (Spaces will be read by the system as characters, so make sure to enter the number exactly as it appears on the passport). 21. Enter the Passport s Place of Issue 22. Select the Passport Country of Issue by clicking on the magnifying glass icon And selecting from the pop-up window that appears 23. Passport Date of Issue and Date of Expiry should be selected by clicking on the calendar icon next to the field - 7 -

8 And selecting from the pop up that appears 24. Enter the employee s Permanent Native Address. 25. Enter the Permanent Native PO Box/ZIP Code if there are any 26. Enter the Employee s Permanent Native City 27. Enter the employee s Permanent Native Country. 28. Select whether the Employee is currently inside the UAE or not. 29. State the Reason for the Request and Additional Information to JAFZA (Required) On the Table below. Enter if employee is accompanied by any dependents

9 32. Enter the Full Name, Place of Birth and select the Country of Birth. Select the Sex/Gender of the dependent from the drop down menu and, finally select the Relation with the employee from the dropdown menu. 33. Click on to save the request for future action or click on to forward the request to the Free Zone
