Ares(2016) /08/2016 EUROPEAN COMMISSION DIRECTORATE-GERAL JUSTICE AND CONSUMERS Directorate C Fundamental rights and Union citizenship Director AWARD DECISION for action grants to promote and protect the rights of the child by supporting transnational projects aiming to build capacity for professionals in child protection systems and legal professionals representing children in judicial proceedings Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme Call for proposals: JUST/2015/RCHI/AG/PROF Having regard to Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union and repealing Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Financial Regulation') and in particular Article 133 thereof, Having regard to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29 October 2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules of Application')* 2, and in particular Article 204 thereof, Having regard to Regulation No 1381/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) Programme for the period 2014 to 20203, and in particular Article 4 (1) (c) thereof, Whereas: (1) The Commission adopted the Commission Implementing Decision concerning the adoption of the annual work programme (AWP) for 2015 for the implementation of the REC Programme4, which provides for a call for proposals for action grants to promote and protect the rights of the child by supporting transnational projects aiming to build capacity for professionals in child protection systems and legal professionals representing children in judicial proceedings under the budget line for an indicative amount of EUR ; (2) A call for proposals has been published on the internet site of the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers under the reference JUST/2015/RCHEAG/PROF, which ' OJ L 298, , p OJ L 362, , p Regulation No 1381/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme for the period , OJ L 354, , p COMMISSION IMPLEMTING DECISION of concerning the adoption of the work programme for 2015 and the financing for the implementation of the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme, C(2015) 1996 final.

2 establishes the objectives and priorities and the admissibility, eligibility, exclusion, selection and award criteria; (3) An Evaluation Committee was appointed pursuant to Article 204(1) of the Rules of Application in order to evaluate the applications submitted under the above mentioned call for proposals and to identify the proposals which may receive funding; (4) The Evaluation Committee established an Evaluation Report which contains all the information required under Article 204(4) of the Rules of Application. I hereby decide: Article 1 Selected proposals The proposals listed in Annex 1 to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the REC Programme's call for proposals JUST/2015/RCHI/AG/PROF, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex. The amount of financing provided is EUR ,52. Article 2 Reserve List The proposal listed in Annex 2 to this Decision shall be awarded a grant under the REC Programme's call for proposals JUST/2015/RCHI/AG/PROF, up to the maximum amount indicated in that Annex, subject to the availability of funds. Article 3 Not selected proposals The proposals listed in Annex 3 to this Decision are npt selected for financing under the REC Programme's call for proposals JUST/2015/RCHI/AG/pROF.
