1 Table on the ratification process of amendment of art. 136 TFEU, and 1 Foreword This table summarizes the general state of play of the ratification process of the amendment of art. 136 TFEU, the and the Fiscal Compact Treaty. To this end a difference is indicated between "approval" and "ratification", whereas by "approval" is intended the parliamentary procedure pending the signature by the Head of State and/or the publication in the Official Journal, essential elements for the complete ratification. N.B.: in the table, approvals at parliamentary level are indicated in black bold, whereas ratifications are marked in red bold.
