1 CASINO TOP PICKS 1. DEFINITIONS CASINO TOP PICKS Promotion (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4). SCQ: Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (Espacejeux), responsible for organizing the Promotion. 2. ELIGIBILITY Persons 18 years of age or older may participate in the Promotion provided they are members of Espacejeux.com and residents of Québec, they are not registered in an Espacejeux.com or Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program, and have accepted to receive Espacejeux.com newsletters. Employees of the SCQ are not eligible for the Promotion. 3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion will be held Monday to Friday from 3:00 a.m. on October 1, 2014, to 2:59 a.m. on October 29, HOW TO PARTICIPATE A. To participate in the Promotion, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code* LIGT720, as indicated in the sent to their Espacejeux account, between 3:00 a.m. on October 1 and 2:59 a.m. on October 29, Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Promotion period. *To enter the promo code, first click on My Account, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then on My Promotions in the menu at the left. B. Once duly registered in accordance with Section 4.A, eligible persons will automatically receive one (1) entry for the draws indicated in Section 5 herein, provided they place a bet using real money playing Espacejeux.com s Noah s Ark, Grand Monarch, Diamond Queen or Wolf Run slot machines.

Only one (1) entry per eligible person will be allowed per Promotion day (maximum of twenty (20) entries per eligible person for the entire Promotion period). 5. DRAWS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES A. The random electronic draws conducted on the dates indicated in Appendix 1 will be made by Loto-Québec s computer system at SCQ headquarters in Montréal in order to determine one hundred () winners per Promotion day, or a total of two thousand (2,000) winners for the entire Promotion period. B. Each draw among all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein and according to eligibility periods indicated in Appendix 1, will be supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ representative on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that each entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: C. In the event the entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein, the winner will receive a prize consisting in twenty dollars ($20) in free bets**. **The twenty dollars ($20) in free bets are provided as non-cashable and non-redeemable gaming credits valid for thirty (30) days following deposit in the member s Espacejeux account. The credits may only be used to play on Espacejeux.com s Noah s Ark, Grand Monarch, Diamond Queen and Wolf Run slot machines. IN THE EVENT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: D. In the event that an entry drawn is deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms indicated in Section 5.C will apply. The above terms will apply IF THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT.

The SCQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner's identity has been checked and confirmed and he has complied with the rules herein, he will receive the prize described in Section 5.C in accordance with terms indicated by the SCQ. 7. NAMES, ADDRESSES AND PHOTOGRAPHS The name, address, photographs and videos of the winners, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by the SCQ not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet (including in social media). Winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 8. OTHER RESTRICTIONS A. This Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion or event. B. Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred. C. The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. D. The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. E. The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. F. The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. G. The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Promotion. H. The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other event that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines or collecting a prize in accordance with the terms indicated.

A winner who is registered in a self-exclusion program on Espacejeux.com or at Québec s gaming halls or casinos at the time he claims a prize will not be entitled to receive said prize. 9. DISPUTES Persons eligible for this Promotion agree to comply with the rules described herein as well as all other applicable rules and conditions indicated on the Espacejeux.com web site. Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4). 10. AVAILABILITY OF RULES This Promotion is subject to detailed rules, which are available upon request by calling Appendix 1 forms an integral part of the rules herein.
