1 1. How to Enter the Contest: CLINTON CASH CONTEST RULES a. The Clinton Savings Bank Power House 50K will begin on April 14, 2014 at 8AM and end July 7, 2014 at 4PM ET, or when a total of 3,120 scratch cards have been claimed, or (with respect to the Grand Prize only) when a winning scratch card has been confirmed (whichever occurs earlier). b. To participate in the contest, go to a participating Clinton Savings Bank location, see the Branch Manager during regular business hours, and ask for a Power House 50K scratch card. Limit one (1) scratch card per person. Total of 3,090 scratch cards available, each branch will have 515 scratch cards to distribute. First come, first served. Five (5) - second chance Consolation Prize drawings will take place throughout the contest. Prizes will be drawn on or about April 28, May 5, May 12, May 19, and July 8, 2014 from all non-winning scratch cards submitted to participating branches by close of business the previous Saturday. Limit one entry per person. Five (5) second-chance prizes will be awarded. 2. Eligibility Restrictions:

2 a. The contest is open to all visitors who are 18 years of age or older. Current or former employees family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Greater Boston Radio, Inc., Clinton Savings Bank, Odds on Promotions (OOP) or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize covered herein. Ineligible family members shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household. b. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted. c. Any Grand Prize winning scratch cards must be presented to the Branch Manager of the branch the card was received at for claim to insurance company or agent. Any winning scratch cards must be presented to the applicable Branch Manager by 9:00AM ET on July 8, 2014 to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize. If more than one winning scratch card is presented during the contest period, the first card to be presented in accordance with these Rules will be deemed the winner, subject to confirmation of eligibility as described below. 3. Prizes: d. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) payable by check. Allow up to 4-6 weeks for check delivery. If the one (1) available Grand Prize is won in accordance with these Rules, the Grand Prize portion of the contest will officially end at the time the Grand Prize is won. Secondary prizes may still be available. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TAXES. If no eligible contestant meets the criteria for a Grand Prize winning scratch card, as set forth in these rules, then no Grand Prize will be awarded. e. Grand prize is provided courtesy of Odds On Promotions. f. Five (5) Secondary Prizes will be awarded as follows; each prize is a pair of tickets to the stated concert with an ARV of $200.00: Drawing on or about April 28, 2014: Cowboy Rides Away Tour with George Strait, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, May 31, 2014 at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA Drawing on or about May 5, 2014: Rascal Flatts, June 21, 2014 at Xfinity Center in Drawing on or about May 12, 2014: Jason Aldean, July 11, 2014 at Xfinity Center in Drawing on or about May 19, 2014: Keith Urban, July 26, 2014 at Xfinity Center in Drawing on or about July 8, 2014: TBD g. All prizes may be picked up at the Clinton Savings Bank where you received the scratch card. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.

3 h. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. i. Grand Prize winner, if any, will receive 1099 IRS Tax form for the value of the grand prize as stated in these contest rules. j. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner s receipt of this prize. 4. Selection and Notification of Winners: a. Decisions of Clinton Savings Bank with respect to the contest are final. b. Only scratch cards labeled Power House $50k or Clinton Savings Bank and containing unique and valid serial numbers will be eligible for prize reimbursement. c. The location and orientation of the winning and non-winning symbols within the scratch off areas may rotate. d. In order to qualify for the Grand Prize, an eligible contestant must scratch Six (6) and only Six (6) surfaces revealing identical Stacks of Bills symbols (in any rotation). To be eligible to receive the Grand Prize, the scratch card must not have any other scratches or stray marks on it. e. The odds of revealing six (6) identical winning Stack of Bills symbols are 593,774:1. The odds of being selected as a Secondary Prize winner depend on the number of nonwinning scratch cards submitted to participating Clinton Savings Bank branches as of the drawing date. f. If no contestant satisfies the conditions of winning the Grand Prize in accordance with these rules, then no grand prize will be awarded. 5. Conditions: a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to complete and sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent, and an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Photo identification will be required in order to collect a prize. Grand Prize winner may be required to take a polygraph test to confirm eligibility. Refusal to take the test will result in forfeiture of the prize. b. Cards that are manipulated, altered, forged, hand printed, water damaged, mutilated, tampered with in any way, or which contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.

4 c. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Greater Boston Radio, Inc. and Odds On Promotions and Clinton Savings Bank for promotional purposes without further compensation. By participating in the contest, all participants agree that their name, voice, and/or likeness may be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation. Winners must sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. d. Winners must accept delivery of prize from sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by sponsor. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of winner including but not limited to all federal, state and local taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. e. By participating in this contest, all participants hold Odds On Promotions, Clinton Savings Bank, WKLB-FM, its licensee, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from acceptance or use of the prize or participation in the contest. f. Each of WKLB-FM, Clinton Savings Bank, and Odds on Promotions undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner s guest(s). Clinton Savings Bank, WKLB-FM and Odds on Promotions are not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed, or for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of the sponsoring parties, their management reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and/or determine an alternate method of awarding the Secondary Prizes only. g. Clinton Savings Bank reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, all contestants agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules and decisions imposed by Clinton Savings Bank management.

5 h. No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited. i. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of Clinton Savings Bank. j. Clinton Savings Bank is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize. k. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the Customer Service Desk of Clinton Savings Bank, 200 Church Street Clinton MA or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope that address. l. As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The entrant hereby waives any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
