17 February 24, 2016 Speaker Steve Grossman Bay Dynamics Steven has over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience working with technology, security and business executives, driving solutions to their most critical and complex problems. At Bay Dynamics, Steven is responsible for ensuring our clients are successful in achieving their security and risk management goals. Prior to Bay Dynamics, Steven held senior positions at top tier consultancies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and EMC, where he architected and managed programs focused on security, risk, business intelligence / big data analytics, enterprise Program Management Offices, corporate legal operations, data privacy, cloud architecture and business continuity planning for global clients in the financial services and health care industries. Steven holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Queens College and has achieved his CISSP certification.

18 Vendor Risk Assurance Organizations today rely on many third parties for day-to-day operations. Vendors are critical to business operations and continue to be an integral part of business success, having legitimate user accounts and access to key organizational resource. Though every large enterprise has a vendor management function, few are paying close attention to the activities and access of the thousands of third parties with access to their internal network. This Session will highlight how Bay Dynamics Vendor Risk Assurance program is used by their clients to identify the insider threat from 3 rd parties and enhance the vendor risk management process.
