5 Adoption of the proposed Property Tax Oversight Program rules listed below. Notices of Proposed Rule were published for these rules in the April 6, 2012 (Vol. 38, No. 14, pp ), edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly (F.A.W.). Subsequently, the Department held a public hearing on May 1, 2012, at which the public offered comments and suggestions.
