Many hours of planning and discussion have been dedicated to insure that you and your family have a memorable and enjoyable experience. We hope that you will come early and stay late along with Karen s Mystical Pixies to take advantage of our beautiful area, shopping and numerous activities and tours. A light Pre-performance meal will be available both Tuesday and Wednesday evening If you wish to walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada, you will need your PASSPORT and a small monetary fee to return. If you take any of our tours into Canada you will also need your Passport. 5 2017 Supreme Session Packet General Information Page 1 of 2 NOTE TO RECORDERS: If not duplicating the whole packet for each attendee, please make sure you include this page along with any forms you might distribute. The entire packet can be downloaded at A Supreme Session Registration Packet can appear a bit over-whelming, particularly to a first time attendee. Take your time and review the Table of Contents to see what activities might appeal to you then go to that section and read about the activity. If you are still not clear on what forms to complete, please feel free to contact PQ Betsey Ball or PQ Bobbie Cap ss2017gen@gmail.com There are two ways to register for Supreme Session: 1. On-Line Registration with Credit Card Payment or Check Start the process at This safe, easy, and fast system provides all members (U.S. or Canadian) and guests the convenience of not only processing your Registration and Housing, but also purchasing tickets to Special Events, Tours, and/or Food Functions. You may complete this process all at once or just obtain your Registration Number, then return to the on-line system to purchase other items. When paying with a credit card, you will receive your registration number quickly. If paying by check, it will take a little longer, as the registration cannot be accepted until payment is received. A receipt will be ed to you, listing all items/functions purchased. 2. Mail Registration with Credit Cards (Master Card or Visa), Checks, or Money Orders: The entire registration packet is located on to download and print, or can be obtained from your Princess Recorder. If you chose to register through the mail, first send in the session registration form with payment, as a registration number must be received before purchasing any other event items. A non-member registration form may accompany the member s registration form, and both fees must be remitted on one check or credit card. IMPORTANT - DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL. Checks, money orders, or cashier s checks are to be made out to Athor Temple No. 19 SS Fund, U.S. funds only. You may also provide your credit card information and once approved, your registration will be processed. Mail each of the completed event forms, including your registration number, with payment to the respective chairman, as listed on the form. Before mailing, it is important to make a copy of your forms and checks. NOTE: If you wish to be notified of your registration number by , please provide that information on the form. If you wish to be notified by mail, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope. 4
6 2017 Supreme Session Packet General Information Deadlines, Late fees and Refund Policies: Page 2 of 2 DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION, HOUSING, SPECIAL EVENTS, TOURS AND FOOD FUNCTIONS IS MARCH 31, Reservations may be taken after the deadline based on availability and applicable late fees. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - all cancellations and refund requests must be in WRITING and sent to the appropriate Committee Chairman. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 15, Registration Fees: All registration fees are subject to a $10 cancellation fee if a refund is requested in writing by April 15, AFTER THIS DATE THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION FEE REFUNDS. Tours: Quoted prices of tours are good through March 31, For reservations after that date, you must add $10 to the price of the tour. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations after payment and before April 15, AFTER THIS DATE THERE ARE NO TOUR REFUNDS. Tours are subject to cancellation, with full refund, if minimum number of guests is not met. Tours may also be cancelled with full refund or modified with comparable substitutions because of weather, venue availability, or other extenuating circumstances. Food Functions: All food function reservations are due by March 31, Beginning April 1, 2017, the cost of each meal will increase by $10. THERE WILL BE NO FOOD FUNCTION REFUNDS AFTER April 15, There are NO guarantees that reservations can be made for food functions after May 15, Hotel Reservations: All Individual reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit, plus tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card (Hotel will charge an attendee's credit card for one night's stay on arrival date.) Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival. Each person will receive a hotel confirmation number even though you are sharing a room. However, you must list with whom you are sharing a room, otherwise each person will be reserving a SEPARATE hotel room. 7 Registration Bulletin ARE TWO TYPES OF REGISTRATION FORMS MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM: For All Nile Members NON-MEMBER: Guests over 18 years of age (Guests under 18 years of age are complimentary and do not need to register) You may register on-line at: NOTE: You must be registered before you can sign up for Housing, Food Events, Tours, etc. IMPORTANT: Since there is only one registration form for members, please indicate your title as of June 1, 2017 in order to receive proper credentials to vote. This will be the title used on your name badge. MEMBER REGISTRATION: A registration fee of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) shall be paid to Athor Temple No. 19 SS Fund. Members of Canadian Temples shall remit U.S. Funds equivalent to Sixty Dollars ($60.00) of Canadian Funds. NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION: A Registration Fee of Forty Dollars ($40.00) U. S. Funds shall be paid to Athor Temple No. 19 SS Fund. Canadian non-members shall remit U.S. Funds equivalent to Forty Dollars ($40.00) of Canadian Funds.
