3 IMEX MEETING SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL Through IMEX celebration, May, Frankfurt. The Iberian Chapter holds a meeting where all the sponsors, collaborators & members attend. Around 50 attendees. -5 minutes presentation to all the attendees -logos in the chapter presentation. -possibility to set up rollers or other communication tools at the meeting room -one free access to the Iberian Chapter Congress -close a meeting with 3 Iberian chapter members of their choice

4 IBTM MEETING SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL Through IBTM celebration, Barcelona, November. The Iberian Chapter holds an educational session where all the sponsors, collaborators & members attend Around 50 attendees. -5 minutes presentation to all the attendees -logos in the chapter presentation -possibility to set up rollers at the meeting room -one free access to the Iberian Chapter Congress -close a meeting with 3 Iberian chapter members of their choice

5 SPECIAL NEWSLETTER SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL Special newsletter -The interested company will facilitate all the information they want, to our media company. They will design a special newsletter which will be sent to all Iberian Chapter data base. -This action will be done twice a year. Information can change from one newsletter to the other

6 CAT NIGHT T-SHIRT SPONSORSHIP AT ICCA INT.CONGRESS At the ICCA International Congress, the Iberian Chapter will participate in the CAT night, competition organized by a sector magazine. All the ICCA chapters compete one against another. Around 1,000 attendees -In collaboration with the Iberian chapter, t-shirt design that all the chapter members will wear at the competition. -logos in the previous communication. -close a meeting with 3 European ICCA members

7 ICCA IBERIAN CHAPTER PRODUCT PRESENTATION SPONSORSHIP Supplier companies make product presentations. It is hard to get attendees to these presentations, so the Iberian chapter can help with this; - Iberian Chapter will send information about the presentation to all members before the event - Iberian Chapter will coordinate the event - Iberian `chapter will send information about the product to all members once the presentation is done. 700

The sponsor will be able to customize the space where the Business Exchange is held.
