NEGI CHAIRMAN The Commission notified HPERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2012 are published in the Rajpatra, HimachaJ Pradesh on (hereinafter referred to,as "the said regulations"). 2. Sub~regulation (2) of Regulation 5 of the said regulations.inler alia provides that the distribution licensee shalf recpver the expenses,. in the shape of infrastructural development charges at the r;iermative rates and associated terms and conditions, as may, be approved by the Commission, 'for the various slabs and categories based on the' connected load or contract, demand andlor supply voltages and lor nature of-loads and.lqlqeograplti.~1.' ~reas andlor tariff classification. As per provisions of the sai,d Regulations other expenseslcharges etc. are also recoverable in addition to the aforesaid Infrastructural Development Charges. 3. The Commission vide its orders dated and made'in petition no. 172/2012 and MA no approved the normative rates of Infrastructure charges recoverable under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 5 of the regulations (ibid). 4. The HPSEB Ltd.
