1 BUILDING CODE ACT, 1992 RULING OF THE MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS No. MR-17-S-28 Pursuant to clause 29(b) of the Building Code Act, 1992, as amended, the Director of the Building and Development Branch as delegate of the Minister of Municipal Affairs hereby adopts the following amendments to a code, standard, guideline, protocol or procedure that has been adopted by reference in the Building Code (O. Reg. 332/12 as amended): 1.
