1 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. Please fill out all the sections of the Registration Form for participation in the 11 th GNLU International Moot Court Competition, All fields are mandatory. 2. The registration fee shall be payable in accordance with Rules and Annexure I of the Rules of the Competition. Once the registration fee is paid, refund, if any, shall take place only in accordance with Rule of the Rules of the Competition. 3. Upon receipt of the duly filled-in Registration Form as per the rules below, and the registration fee from a Team, the Organizing Committee shall assign a Team Code to such a Team pursuant to Rule of the Rules of the Competition. The Team Code will be communicated to the Team s Official Team Contact Person. 4. All foreign teams are required to fill the following Google Form for the purpose of issuance of an Invitation Letter which might be required for processing Visa by October 22, 2018: Indian Teams: 5. Teams that choose to pay the Registration Fee by way of online transfer in accordance with Rule 5.2 of the Rules of the Competition will be required to submit a duly signed and scanned copy of the Registration Form, along with the proof of payment. The same should be ed to the Organizing Committee no later than 22 October Registration Forms received after this deadline will not be considered for participation in the Competition. The Registration Form and the proof of payment must be ed to gimc@gnlu.ac.in with the subject Registration on behalf of [Name of the University/College/Institution]. 6. Teams that choose to pay the Registration Fee by way of a Demand Draft in accordance with Rule 5.2 of the Rules of the Competition will be required to post their duly filled and signed Registration Form along with the Demand Draft. Further, Teams will also be required to e- mail a scanned copy of the Demand Draft and the filled Registration Form to the Organizing Committee. The Demand Draft and the Registration Form should reach the Organizing Committee via post and no later than 22 October The Registration Form and the scanned Demand Draft must be ed to gimc@gnlu.ac.in with the subject Registration on behalf of [Name of the University/College/Institution].
