3 Page 1 RESOLUTION No (LXXXVII) ADMISSION OF THE SOCIALIST PEOPLE S LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA AS A MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION Having received the request of the Socialist People s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya for admission as a Member of the Organization (MC/2129), Having been informed that the Socialist People s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya accepts the Constitution of the Organization in accordance with its internal constitutional processes and has undertaken to make a financial contribution to the administrative requirements of the Organization, Considering that the Socialist People s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya has demonstrated its interest in the principle of the free movement of persons as stated in Article 2 (b) of the Constitution, Convinced that the Socialist People s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya could give valuable assistance towards furthering the purposes of the Organization, Resolves: 1. That the Socialist People s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya be admitted as a Member of the International Organization for Migration, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (b) of the Constitution, as from the date of the present resolution; 2. That its contribution to the Administrative Part of the Budget be determined at per cent thereof. That the Republic of the Niger be admitted as a Member of the International Organization for Migration, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (b) of the Constitution, as from the date of the present resolution; 2. That its contribution to the Administrative Part of the Budget be determined at per cent thereof. RESOLUTION No (LXXXVII) ADMISSION OF AFGHANISTAN AS A MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION Having received the request of Afghanistan for admission as a Member of the Organization (MC/2131), Having been informed that Afghanistan accepts the Constitution of the Organization in accordance with its internal constitutional processes and has undertaken to make a financial contribution to the administrative requirements of the Organization, Considering that Afghanistan has demonstrated its interest in the principle of the free movement of persons as stated in Article 2 (b) of the Constitution, Convinced that Afghanistan could give valuable assistance towards furthering the purposes of the Organization,

RESOLUTION No (LXXXVII) ELECTION OF A DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL Bearing in mind the terms of Article 18 of the Constitution, Having received with favour the nomination of Mrs. Ndioro Ndiaye for the post of Deputy Director General of the Organization, Resolves to re-elect Mrs. Ndioro Ndiaye as Deputy Director General, in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitution, for five years as from 1 September RESOLUTION No (LXXXVII) CONTRACT OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL Having re-elected Mrs. Ndioro Ndiaye as Deputy Director General under the terms of Resolution No (LXXXVII), Having taken cognizance of the clauses contained in the draft contract of employment for the Deputy Director General,
