G.O.Ms.No.253, MA&UD Dept., Dated: G.O.Ms.No.3, MA&UD Dept., Dated: From the Commissioner, APCRDA, Lr.Roc.No.C8-2438/2014, Dated: ***** ORDER: The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) Act, 2014 has come into force with effect from 30th day of December, 2014 by virtue of notification published in the Extra-ordinary issue Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated: In the G.O 2 nd read above, orders were issued notifying an area about 7068 Sq.kms as Andhra Pradesh Capital Region which is meant for development under the provisions of APCRDA Act, 2014 and as amended in G.O 3 rd read above. 3. In the letter 4 th read above, the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada while furnishing the list of mandals and villages to be included and excluded from the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, have decided to accept the proposal of the Commissioner, APCRDA, Vijayawada. 5.
