LYNCH, et al., Case 3:10-cv BR JOINT STATUS REPORT Defendants. The parties submit this joint status report in accordance with the Court s order dated November 30, 2016, and to follow up on their joint status report dated November 29, See ECF Nos. 343, 344. The parties have continued to confer in good faith regarding stipulations of fact that may bear upon the issue of jurisdiction. The parties respectfully propose that they file any agreedupon stipulations with the Court by December 20, The parties have also continued to confer regarding a proposed briefing schedule to address the Court s jurisdiction to adjudicate Plaintiffs remaining claims. Defendants propose to file a motion to dismiss of no more than 35 pages by January 18, Plaintiffs would then file an opposition brief of no more than 35 pages by February 13, Defendants reply brief of no more than 20 pages would be due by March 6, Plaintiffs intend to file, along with their opposition brief on February 13, 2017, a separate motion supported by a memorandum of no more than 10 pages seeking leave to conduct jurisdictional discovery. Defendants opposition to that motion, also not to exceed 10 pages, would be due on March 6, Defendants may combine their opposition brief with their reply in support of their motion to dismiss in a single filing.
