JOINT MOTION FOR PROPOSED EXPERT DISCOVERY AND SUMMARY JUDGMENT BRIEFING SCHEDULES Pursuant to Local Rule 7(F)(2), Plaintiffs and Defendants ( the Parties ) in the abovecaptioned case, by counsel, move this Court to enter the attached Consent Order granting the expert discovery and summary judgment briefing schedules below. In support of this Motion, the Parties state as follows: The Parties met and conferred on September 17, 2015 and agreed to propose the following schedules for expert reports and the briefing of any motions for summary judgment. The expert reports in this case require collection and analysis of substantive data in the custody of Defendants and a number of third parties. This information has been requested and productions are ongoing, but even with timely, efficient productions, conducting the necessary analysis and preparing thorough expert reports will be a challenge under the current schedule, which requires that any motions for summary judgment motions be filed by December 31, To allow for sufficient time to obtain the necessary data, conduct the necessary analysis, prepare

Expert Discovery The Parties request that the Court enter an Order requiring Plaintiffs to serve expert report(s) no later than November 19, 2015; Defendants to serve expert report(s) no later than December 10, 2015; and Plaintiffs to serve any expert reply report(s) no later than December 17, Motions for Summary Judgment The Parties request that the Court modify the current schedule set forth in Pretrial Schedule A, ECF No. 18-1, to permit all motions for summary judgment to be filed no later than January 11, 2016, the opposition to all motions for summary judgment to be filed no later than January 25, 2016, and the reply to the opposition to all motions for summary judgment to be filed no later than February 1, Accordingly, the Parties move this Court to enter the attached Consent Order granting the above proposed expert discovery and motion for summary judgment briefing schedules.
