Bill Brice, DNR, Lands and Minerals testified in support of the bill. The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. Senator Saxhaug presented SF790, Forest suspense account receipts disbursement modification. Bob Tomlinson, DNR, forestry testified in support of the bill.
