1 PLAI Congress 2018 GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION All participants must register online at: REGISTRATION FEES LIVE-IN RATE (At Novotel Hotel only. Please bring the deposit slip (original or copy) during the registration on November 20. Group registration/payment is not allowed. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAI MEMBERS To complete the registration process, please be guided that PLAI members must also upload the following: 1. Copy of 2018 membership/annual dues payment receipt. For lifetime members, please get a certification of lifetime membership from PLAI NBOT by sending an thru plainbot2017@gmail.com 2. ID Picture (Passport size) for the PLAI ID - Size 1.8 inches x 1.4 inches OR 4.5cm x 3.5cm - White background - Taken in the last 6 months, without eyeglasses CONFIRMATION When transaction is complete, each participant will be ed with a barcode number confirming the online registration. You can print it out or save it on your phone (print or digital format). Present it on the day of the onsite registration as it will be your proof of your online registration. 2 P a g e
3 If not completed, you will be prompted through your to verify details of your registration. OFFICIAL RECEIPT, CONGRESS KIT, AND PLAI ID ISSUANCE Official Receipt, Congress Kit, and PLAI ID will be issued onsite during the registration period which will start at 1:00 P.M. on November 20, 2018 for online registered participants. PLAI MEMBERSHIP Membership fee shall be deposited separately from the PLAI Congress registration fee. You may get in touch with your Regional Council Officers regarding membership payment or you may do so during the Congress. PLAI continuing members shall pay the Membership Annual Due of P for New members/ newly registered librarians should pay a one-time Membership Fee of P and the PLAI Annual Due of P for 2018 (Total of P ) OTHERS Live-out participants shall be responsible in booking their own accommodations. Group registration is discouraged. Payment must be accomplished per participant. Walk-in participants will be entertained only AFTER 4:00 PM on November 20, Seats are limited. Please note that the Congress Kit and PLAI ID are not guaranteed for walk-in participants.
