Resolution Set Time and Place for the Annual Organizational Meeting and the First Town Meeting of 2014 as January 2, 2014 at 5:00 PM and January 13, 2014 at 7:30 PM, respectively, to be Held in the Council Chambers. 2. Resolution Motion: Authorize The Town Board To Approve the Permit Application For Excavation, Removal Or Storage Of Materials At 5603 River Road Pursuant To Chapter 179 Of The Town Code And For The Supervisor To Sign Any And All Documents In Connection Therewith. 3. Resolution Approve and Authorize the Superintendent of Highways to Amend Resolution to read North American Salt Company Under NYS Contract (PC66218) from American Rock Salt Under NYS Contract (PC66213). 4. Resolution Further, Communication from Edward Mongold, Recommending that the Town Board Hereby Approve and Authorize the Supervisor to Transfer Funds as Necessary in Order to Balance Out Appropriation Expense Accounts for Year-End Resolution Further,Communication from Edward Mongold, Recommending that the Town Board Approve Various Budget Transfers for 2013 as Requested by Various Department Heads, as Set Forth in the Agenda Before You. 6. Resolution Communication from Edward Mongold, Comptroller, Recommending that the Town Board Adopt Amendments to the 2013 General Fund- Townwide, General Fund-Town Outside the Village, the Highway Fund-Town Outside Village and the Refuse and Garbage Consolidated District Budgets in the Amount of $212, $417,323, $7,627 and $9,263, respectively, as Set Forth in the Agenda Before You. 8. Resolution Motion: Approve and Authorize the Supervisor to Execute a "Contract Of Sale And Release Tonawanda Rails-To-Trails Project" Between the Town of Tonawanda and the County Of Erie Relative to Job Tonawanda Rails to Trails; SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM. 13. Resolution Communication Received from J. Kirk Rowland, Acting Director of Water Resources, Recommending the Supervisor Execute a Hold Harmless Agreement Between the Town of Tonawanda and Buffalo Biodiesel, Inc., as The Result Of Activities Associated With The Removal Of The Grease Layer Currently Present At The Sawyer Pumping Station. 14. Resolution Motion: Approve and Authorize the Supervisor to Execute an Occupancy Agreement Between the Town and The Ken-Ton Closet for the period of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, for the use of rooms 210 and 211 at 167 Sheridan Parkside. This is a renewal of an existing agreement. 15. Resolution Motion: Approve an Assignment of Agreement for Consulting Services Document in Connection with GHD Consulting Engineers, LLC Being Reorganized in New York State Under the Name of GHD Consulting Services, Inc., and for the Supervisor to Sign Any and All Documents in Connection Therewith. 16. Resolution Communication from Michael Kaiser, Requesting that the Town Board Authorize the Purchase of a ShoreTel IP Phone System from PremCom Corp., For Job Telephone System Upgrade Townwide on NYS Contract PT65101 at a Cost of $276,490.48, and to authorize the Supervisor to Sign Any and All Documents in Connection Therewith. 17. Resolution Communication from Michael Kaiser, Director of the Technical Support Department on Behalf of the Planning Board Recommending that the Town Board Approve Additional Professional Services with URS Corporation for Job Town of Tonawanda Comprehensive Plan Update 2013 at a Cost of $3,620 and to Authorize the Supervisor to Sign Any and All Documents In Connection Therewith. 18.
