Dr. Silver-Rodis spoke with the Council and guests about CSN s new Coaching and Mentorship program. o This proposed program promotes the opportunity for mentor/mentee partnerships within the CSN employee community. o This will be a flexible program, where employees can sign up to be a mentor, mentee, or both. With the ever increasing threat from phishing s and website cloning, System Computing Services (SCS) is taking steps to proactively notify an employee when their Employee Self Service (ESS) account has been accessed and/or his/her direct deposit information is changed through ESS, either legitimately or fraudulently. o messages will be sent to the account listed in ESS. This is the same address that is used to send the notice for the payroll advice. These s are purposely very generic and contact information and links to institution sites have been excluded from the body of the . o In addition, when accessing ESS, the direct deposit account number(s) and bank routing number(s) will be partially masked to prevent someone who fraudulently accesses an employee ESS record from seeing this data. o It is SCS's plan to roll this into production on June 4.
