1 2016 Allstate Good Hands Catch of the Week Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Void where prohibited. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Houston NFL Holdings, L.P. (the Texans ), the National Football League (the NFL ), Allstate Insurance Company ( Allstate ) and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible. 3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible persons must complete the registration information on HoustonTexans.com. Only one entry per person per week. 4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:30pm CT Central Time ( CT ) on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, and ends at 12 midnight CT on January 6, 2017 ( Sweepstakes Period ). To enter, go on-line to houstontexans.com and cast a vote for the Allstate Good Hands Catch of the Week. Voters will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes and eligible to win the random weekly drawings (but not the VIP Texans Road Trip). Each voter will also have the opportunity to opt-in to be called and otherwise contacted to receive additional information from Allstate. Voters who opt-in will be automatically eligible to win the VIP Texans Road Trip. The winning Catch of the Week will be announced each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period, and will be determined by the votes of the fans. Voting for each week s Catch of the Week opens when the candidate plays are uploaded to houstontexans.com, which shall be on or about Monday after a Texans home game (for Sunday games). Votes for each week s Catch of the Week must be received by the applicable date and time listed in the Entry Deadline column in the table in Section 5 of these Official Rules. Limit one vote per person, per week. No responsibility is assumed for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, network computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual feared to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be found acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to undermine legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. 5. SELECTING THE WINNER: The weekly winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected at random weekly drawings during the Sweepstakes Period, with the final weekly drawing to take place on January 9, 2017, from all eligible entries received by Sponsor by the applicable deadline listed in the Entry Deadline column below. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries not selected during a weekly drawing will be discarded and will not be eligible for future weekly drawings. A Houston Texans employee will randomly select one (1) winner for each of the twenty (20) weeks

2 listed below out of all eligible entries received for that week and for the Grand Prize drawing, on or around the date listed in the Selection column below. 3 Week Houston Texans Game Entry Deadline Selection 12 midnight CT on Friday, 5:30pm CT on Monday, GRAND PRIZE January 6, 2017 January 9, 2017 The Houston Texans will contact the winner within forty-eight (48) hours after each selection via contact information supplied. In the event a winner does not respond to any such notification within seven (7) days after the date of notification, or declines the prize, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is the Houston Texans, NRG Stadium, Two NRG Park, Houston, Texas The decisions of the Houston Texans are final in all matters. All winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any and all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any of the prizes not specified herein. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. A person may win only one weekly prize. The prizes are not redeemable for cash, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering, each entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, the NFL and its member teams, Allstate and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, partners, equity holders, members, employees, agents and representatives and all others associated with the manufacture, distribution, development and execution of this Sweepstakes and prizes (the Released Parties ) against any and all liability, injury, damage, loss or causes of action (however named or described) that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from: (i) entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the delivery, misdelivery, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) the use of a winner s name, photograph and/or likeness as permitted herein, including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy. In consideration for being awarded a prize, each winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the winner s name, photograph, biographical information and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor, the NFL and its member teams, Allstate and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates. Each winner assumes all liability and risk for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance ( Affidavit ) form within 7 days after attempted notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winners. If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor, if the prize or prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential winner, if any potential winner is found to be ineligible, if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, or if he or she declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Released Parties assume no liability for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software, network computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind. Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or to the winner or any person claiming through such winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof or inability to continue the Sweepstakes, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request

4 proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, kidnapping, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, vandalism, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties sole control. Sweepstakes governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that the Houston Texans may enter your name and contact information in their database and that the Houston Texans or their designees (e.g., Texans sponsors) have your permission to contact you with a list of other ways, from which you may choose, to be involved with the Houston Texans. Please also see the Houston Texans Privacy Policy ( 7. PRIZES: (a) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a VIP Texans Road Trip to a Houston Texans road game during the 2017 NFL season, including round-trip airfare from Houston to the city of the away game, game tickets, and hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (Approximate retail value (ARV) of grand prize: $3,000). The details of the VIP Texans Road Trip, including, without limitation, the specific game, location of game tickets and specific hotel, shall be determined by the Houston Texans in their sole discretion. (b) Weekly Prizes. Twenty (20) weekly prizes, consisting of one (1) autographed football by the Houston Texans player in that week s winning Allstate Good Hands Catch of the Week (ARV of each weekly prize: $100). All expenses (except as otherwise specifically provided) are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, travel to and from the winner s city to Houston, Texas (in the case of the Grand Prize). All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 8. RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release the Texans, the NFL, Allstate and each of their respective affiliates, and the directors, employees and agents, including without limitation, advertising and promotion agencies, of each, from any liability, loss or damage incurred in connection with or arising out of the Sweepstakes, or from his or her use, misuse or acceptance of a prize. 9. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 10.
