BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSORS (DEFINED BELOW) AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. PROMOTION OVERVIEW: THE BLAKE SHELTON TICKET GIVEAWAY ( Promotion ) is a series of 13 (13) sweepstakes. In each sweepstakes, Chegg will award 3 prizes each consisting of 2 tickets to a Blake Shelton concert in one of the thirteen (13) Tour Cities listed below, for a total of 6 tickets in each sweepstakes. Enter online up to once per day at The winners will be announced at the end of each sweepstakes, based on the dates below. Parents may accept prizes for winners under the age of 18. After an Eligible Person has won a prize (i.e. 2 tickets to one Blake Shelton show), he or she is no longer an Eligible Person for purposes of this Promotion. Employees of Chegg or AEG Live, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

2 PRIZES: Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to a Blake Shelton concert. Three (3) prizes will be awarded per Tour City set forth above. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 pm PST on the Sweepstakes Entry Deadline for a chance to win tickets for the concert to be held in that day s Tour City. By completing these steps you are also agreeing to these rules. One entry per Eligible Person per day per city. The website s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. Entrants are prohibited from entering by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, collaborating with any party or person in any way to gain entries. Use of these techniques, or of any script, macro, or other automated or artificial system to obtain entries, or with the intent or effect of impairing the integrity of the Promotion, is prohibited and all such entries will, upon discovery by the Sponsor, in Sponsor s sole discretion, be deemed null and void. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins upon announcement on February 7, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time on March 9, 2017 ( Promotion Period ). SELECTION OF WINNERS: After each Sweepstakes Entry Deadline, Chegg will select winners by random drawing from among all valid entries. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or if a winner s eligibility cannot be confirmed, Chegg may in its discretion award the prize to any other entrant, or no entrant.

3 PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS: Chegg will attempt to contact the winners to deliver instructions on how to obtain their concert tickets. Tickets may be left at Will Call and require presentation of a student ID in the winner s name to obtain, or may be delivered by another means at Sponsor s discretion. The sweepstakes prizes consist only of two tickets to a designated Blake Shelton concert and do not include expenses for transportation, hotels, parking, or other costs or expenses that may be incurred in travelling to and from, and attending, the concert. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. CONDUCT: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Chegg in interpreting these Official Rules and administering the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules are accessible from throughout the Promotion Period. Failure of a participant to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and voiding of entries. Chegg reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant (and all their entries) suspected, directly or through the actions of others, of tampering with the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Chegg in its sole discretion to be in violation of the Official Rules, in letter or spirit; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Chegg to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 4 Further, Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to any person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials in the Promotion; (f) the actions of third parties that tamper with the entering process; (g) a failure to successfully schedule or fulfill any concert; (h) Blake Shelton s inability, including for health or other reasons beyond his reasonable control, to perform any concert or any portion of any concert; or (i) errors, typos or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements, or other materials. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Chegg reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any participant for any acts or omissions, without limitation, caused by any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: This Promotion, these Official Rules, and any dispute related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any legal action, suit, proceeding or dispute in connection with this Promotion (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County in the State of California and each participant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits, proceedings or disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

5 Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the participant and any Sponsor, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, the prize awarded, or the determination of the winners must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted or entitled to obtain an award for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys fees, other than participant s actual out-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ten dollars ($10), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All decisions regarding eligibility, eligible persons, validity of entries, adherence to these Official Rules, prize winners, prizes or prizing fulfillment, like all other decisions regarding the administration of the contest, lie within Chegg s sole discretion, and all participants agree to be bound by Chegg s decisions.
