Specifically, these amendments would: Reduce cash proffer; allocate entirely to schools; and delay the escalator as outlined in the Cash Proffer Policy; Accelerate completion of certain community recreational amenities; and Provide additional open space as private parks and modify the location of trails Continued development for a mix of residential housing types, commonly known as the Silverleaf development, is planned. Note: Conditions may be imposed or the property owner may proffer conditions. DEFERRAL On January 4, 2017, the applicant amended this application to seek elimination of the cash proffer. In addition, modifications to open space and recreational area provisions are no longer sought. The Dale District Commissioner has indicated he intends to defer this case to the Commission s February 21, 2017 public hearing to allow time for staff to review the amended request and for the applicant to hold a community meeting. The deadline for the applicant to submit any new or revised information for consideration at the Commission s February 21, 2017 public hearing is January 11, If this deadline cannot be met, a longer deferral would be appropriate.
