He will be paid consolidated monthly Rs.6850/-.e. initial of the pay band plus grade pay of post +50% of grade pay and as revised by the Company from time to time. He shall not be entitled to any other allowances whatsoever admissible to the regular employee of the Company. However an annual static 3% of the initial of pay band + grade pay ( ) would be admissible on renewal of service contract for each next year. 4. The age should be between 8 to 30 years as on However upper age limit has been relaxed by the competent authority in respect of candidates who have exceeded the same beyond the prescribed limit. His appointment will be subject to the production of medical certificate of fitness from the Medical Officer of the Govt. Hospital. 5. The appointment shall further be subject to terms & conditions of attached form of Contract Agreement Bond (Annexure-"AW)which is to be executed between the candidate ~md his cadre controlling Authority on stamp paper valuing Rs.20/- only duly attested by the Public Notary. 6. He should give a declaration the he got only one living wife in case he is married or is bachelor. 7. He is required to produce a character certificate to the satisfaction of the department from the st. Class Magistrate or two Gazetted Officers have known to him at-least from the last t hree years. However his character & antecedent verification shall be verified by the Head of Office after joining the post as required under Rules. 8. He is required to produce all original certificates viz Matric qualification certificate/ Himachali Bonafide certificate /SC/ST/OBC certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidate) in support of his qualification age and if he belongs to any reserved class and' identity proof i.e. Aadhar Card etc. at the time of joining the post. 9.
