PUBLIC MEASURE E To authorize a change in the use of the one percent (1 % ) Local Sales and Services Tax for the City of West Branch effective February 4, PROPOSED USE OF TH E TAX : If the change is approved, excess revenue from the sales and services tax shall be allocated as follows: 0 % for property tax relief; % for the renovation and maintenance of the West Branch Town H all building at 2 05 East Main Street, West Branch, Iowa. CURRENT USE OF TH E TAX : 0 % for property tax relief; % of the revenue generated from the sales and services tax was allocated for the specific purpose of repayment for the County Law Enforcement Center tes.
