It does not reflect the order or rotation of candidates on the official ballot for your voting precinct. Only candidates and issues that pertain to your voting precinct will appear on your official ballot. When the number of candidates filing for certain nonpartisan offices did not exceed two candidates for each position, the offices automatically advanced to the General Election. Partisan county races in which a candidate was unopposed for their party's nomination automatically advanced to the General Election. For Nonpartisan Voters: If you wish to vote in this primary election for United States Senator and/or House of Representative, you may request a partisan ballot pursuant to (2) Nebraska Revised Statutes. For the 2018 Primary Election, the Democratic party opened their Primary Election to Nonpartisan voters, so their ballot will contain federal and state offices. The Republican and Libertarian ballots will contain only federal offices.
