1 DAYS OF WOW SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES & HOW TO ENTER OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older by September 12, Void in New York, Florida, outside the United States, and where prohibited. Employees, agents and representatives (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Pro-Football, Inc. ( PFI ), and the NFL Entities (defined below) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. The NFL Entities shall be defined as the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or PFI, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The sweepstakes will consist of a random drawing to determine the seven hundred and eleven (711) winners for each entry period as defined herein. TIMING: The sweepstakes begins at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) on September 12, 2014 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) on December 19, 2014 (the Promotion Period ). The sweepstakes will be divided into one hundred (100) Entry Periods, as outlined in the chart below (each, an Entry Period ). 4 90 12/10/ /10/ /11/ /11/ /12/ /12/ /13/ /13/ /14/ /14/ /15/ /15/ /16/ /16/ /17/ /17/ /18/ /18/ /19/ /19/ /20/ /20/2014 TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter during each Entry Period: Visit 100DaysofWOW.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the sweepstakes OR (2) on a 3 x 5 piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete street address, address, home phone number and cellular phone number (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped envelope to DAYS OF WOW SWEEPSTAKES, Redskin Park Drive, Ashburn, Virginia, RANDOM DRAWING: Seven hundred and eleven (711) winners will be selected throughout the promotion period in random drawings held at the end of each Entry Period from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted by PFI. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified by announcement within seventytwo (72) hours of the random drawing by phone, , and/or any other means in PFI s sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners names, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Both the entrant and entrant s guest(s), if applicable, (or, where the potential winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified period time period, a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at PFI s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is eligible but considered a minor in his or her state of permanent residence, PFI reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return the affidavit/release and all other required documents on winner/minor s behalf as well as comply with any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible entries; or for technical failure or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes and the winners, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes-related materials and/or these official rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency in these official rules), it will be resolved in PFI s sole discretion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these official rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these official rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If PFI determines at any time in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these official rules, PFI reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner s name may have been shown or announced publicly. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, PFI may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Entrants, by participating, agree that Pro-Football, Inc., WFI Stadium, Inc., WFI, Inc., WFI Group, Inc., Redskins Park, Inc., and Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, Inc. (collectively, the Redskins Entities ), the NFL Entities, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the Released Parties ) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, awarding or use of any prize (including any activity related thereto) or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize- or sweepstakes-related activity.
